If you knew the truth, but the truth wasn't popular how would you get it across to people without being attacked for presenting it, what would you do to make them understand? If you were being on the serious side and you knew some thing very important and you really wanted to let others know, but it was against any thing that they thought was right or thought they knew, what would you do to get that message across to them? How would you get the major media to pick up that story, any ideas?

There must be some way, how do journalist get to the truth and then get it printed I know it is their jobs. What do they do when their Owner of the paper tells them that it is going to infringe on profits and so it won't be printed?

The TRUTH is always the best approach.
Most people don't want to be told the truth because it hurts. Being politically correct is killing the world especially the USA. But if you have the facts to support your truth and the courage and spine to stand up to the "enemy", then you will be rewarded eventually.

Sorry hon but you can't. People create their little comfortable worlds with thier little comfortable views and don't want anyone to rock that. You can talk till you're blue in the face and they will go "ok", shrug and it will have sailed right over their heads. Others will fight you tooth and nail and again resent your showing them a truth...even if they know it's true they just want to go on believing every lie they ever lived...and others simply couldn't care less.
Depending on what context you are presenting it...I mean school has got to be the best place because it's always a debate and no one really care tomorrow what you discussed today...but some things will always be hogwash to people...some people simply don't care...and some people can't deal with the truth...they simply aren't mentally or emotionally capable of accepting certain realities...so you have to weigh how important it is for you to get your view out there...or do it in a way that let's those who have open minds figure it out for themselves. Present the facts and let them analyse it for themselves.
And I guess I should say if you want to impose your opinions about somebody to that person...that is a no-no...most people don't want to hear about their flaws...chances are they are already aware of them...so things of that nature you are not doing yourself a favour but opening up and tossing your opinion out there.

I used to, and still do, really want the truth to be known. but at the same time, sometimes the truth isn't really worth fighting for, and you have to just accept the fact that people are operating on misunderstanding. you've got to choose your battles, because there are so many UNTRUTHS going around, that you could never pin them all down. that's how liars win, you simply can't keep up with them. but I try to focus on a few truths, that are mine, to fight for, and then I don't feel so overwhelmed. I let the rest go.

you take the individual aside and tell them the truth, you dont need to gossip it to the world as its not the worlds problem but the individual with the problem,if you tell everyone that you spoke to the individual etc or his problem, whatever it is you can cause irrepairable harm.If your attacked for telling the truth, well then you'll see how much the people really cared, since the truth, not being popular is still the truth

The only thing you can do is try to learn how to present the truth to them in their own language. It isn't always easy, and it can't always be done without offending, particularly if if challenges their beliefs. Good luck.

All you can do is give your point. Do not expect any one to agree. We all have our own opinions. Keep the argument fair and non judgemental. Most are stubborn but hopefully they atre atleast willing to listen to your side of the story.
If it is about religion. No dice. Dont even try. No matter how you put it you will be offending every one that does not agree with you alredy.

if it is really ultra important that they have this information that only you hold, then you will just have to tell them and take the risk of offending them, because sometimes something just has to be said, and the truth hurts, and you can't make everyone happy all the time.
