I think you are talking to the wrong person... The girl has every right to like your boyfriend... It sounds like you have trust issues with the bf because if your really beleived that your bf loved you... you wouldn't be so worried about this other girl... It sounds like your bf has given you reason to distrust him... so that is what you should be thinking about... Why would you think that you are the only girl attracted to your guy... Is he cute? Is he sweet? Is he everything that you have dreamed of in a guy? Ok your answers to all the questions should be yes... So instead of being jelouse because another girl is liking your guy... be proud that your bf picked you out of all the other girls... then deal with this trust issue. because it is your problem not his or the girls... Again it is you. Turn the table around and lets say that there is another guy who is really cute and really likes you alot... do you think that your bf should be mad at the guy for thinking his girl is hot... NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! it would be up to you to let the guy know that you are not available... So yes your bf needs to let the other girl know that he is not available... then drop it.. And do not fight over this guy... If you have to fight over him then he is not the one you should be with because he is enjoying the ego trip that it gives a guy when two girls fight and argue over himi... again tell him to set the record straight and then drop him or drop the jelousy thing......

Well what helps me is just reassurance. There was this girl lets call her ally and she always is telling my boyfriend that he is ugly or stupid and then she changes her mind and is like oh i actually love you. I thing it just helps to communicate with your boyfriend and have those frequent reminders that they actually care about you. that's what has helped me. I think it is just we feel like "oh no what if my boyfriend was lying for some reason and he really does like her" then we get worried and emotional
