those paper rest room seat covers have been devised as a protecting barrier between the human the seats floor. i don't know why extra places do no longer grant them as a courtesy to their consumers interior the loos. and that i assume the west coast basically looks the two extra conerned or conscious.

There are many different patents dealing with "Toilet Seat Covers", each with a different inventor.

I don't know, but I hate it when I walk out of the rest room in a
