why doesn't it have a place where you can check out if you find a bag? i click on the bag i wanted to purchase but there was no link that said "check out" or "buy now"? im not sure how to do this... here is the website- http://www.bag-maker.com/

It is a scam. Don't bother. Those bags are fake.

Click on the link labeled "F.A.Q." at the bottom of the page, I got this following excerpt from the page:
"You may email us the ordering list (items numbers., quantities, colors) and your delivery location. We will prepare your performa invoice accordingly. After you confirm the invoice, you may put payment to me by Western Union or Bank Wire. We will send your order by express post (EMS, DHL or TNT) to you. The minimum order for wholesale is 3 pcs per item. "

Yes those bags are fake. If you really want one I suggest saving up because they aren't that much more expensive than those fakes.
