I started having what I thought to be implantation cramping on 6 days past ovulation. (Had sex with hubby 4 days before ovulation.) I had more symptoms the following 3 days including: a few hot flashes, feeling hungry and sick at the same time (happened once or twice), and very sleepy a couple of times.

Yesterday nothing out of the ordinary except I just felt a little different and today nothing at all.

I didn't know if this is normal during early pregnancy. Period is due on the 26th. Does it even sound like I could be pregnant?

Yes, I took an early home pregnancy test because i had symptoms that were coming and going for a couple days... The first test came out negative and the second came out positive. I found out I was pregnant before I even missed my period.
There are early tests that can let you know 4-5 days before you even miss your period. I would buy one that has two tests in it so you can do one maybe tomorrow then two days later.

Have a good day.............

One of the earliest symptoms is a fullness of the breasts...especially seeing as you haven't missed a period yet. Have you tried a pregnancy test?...now would be a good time for one that indicates pregnancy just before the period is due...don't want to mention the name of the test and give the Pharm companies any undue problem with my advertising. Ask your pharmacist which one it is that I am speaking if. Nausea this early isn't all that rare in some people. The eating thing is way too early. Sounds like you want this pregnancy, which sometimes makes you have symtoms that aren't really there. Rest your mind and have the test...they aren't that expensive.

Normally symptoms don't start until around 6 weeks of pregnancy. With my first child I had no symptoms until 7 months pregnant and that was heart burn. Now with my second I started having symptoms 8 weeks into it. I really don't think that symptoms would start that early. Sleepiness at least for me didn't start until 8 weeks of pregnancy.

You can start having symptoms and then stop. However, if you are desperately trying to get pregnant...your symptoms can be psychosamatic! Implantation usually has some spotting associated with it and is around the time you would ordinarily get your period. Before most symptoms is a feeling of heaviness in your breasts as well as pain similar to tenderness before your period.
