Favre joined Green Bay in 1920, the year after the NFL was incorporated, shortly after he was discharged from the army after fighting in World War I. You may recall he substituted briefly for Bart Starr in the 3rd quarter of Super Bowl II; also I believe he pulled a hammy during the famous Ice Bowl against Dallas. He was already the oldest player in the league when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor.

brett has been with the packers since 92, he was drafted in the 3 rd round in 91 by atl falcons then traded for a 1st round pick.

He's in his 15th season and spent 1 year in atl. so i will guess 14 years with the PACK. Look him up under stats on any sports page on-line.
