Most of my friends told me that it is risk to go Kashmir. Is it true?

who ever said you can go to lebanon I would dissagree. I have a friend from lebanon and I asked him if I could go with him. he said being white you wouldnt last a day. as far as kashmir. not a chance either. Its about to erupt. Your friend was probably mentioning that it has been rumored about a concession for the muslims there but its not certain yet. And on a side note I sure hope they dont give in to the muslims.

Yes, if you think stepping on a land mine is safe. While there is little fighting going on, Kashmir is still a hot bed of violence. Plus there is very little to see with so many travel restrictions. If your going there with the peace core or to see family then go, but if your going there for a vacation, skip it. Oh BTW it is unsafe to drink or eat anything there. Kinda like going to taco bell...

What I hear is that the Indian Army massacres people there.
The different freedom fighters in India are struggling for their independence. It is therefore not safe to go toIndia unless you want to take the risk of getting blown up in trains or in the shopping areas.

No is not safe and hasn't been for a hundred years.Lebanon would be safer.Why would anyone want to go their anyway?
