I know of a few but this one had me laughing...LOL Green Day Blvd of Broken Dreams...

Misheard Lyrics:
I am a lonely gnome
The only one that I have ever gnomed
Don't know where it goes
But it's only me and I am a gnome.
Original Lyrics:
I walk a lonely road
The only one that I have ever known
Don't know where it goes
But it's only me and I walk alone.

Humm maybe that should be the new Travelocity theme song! LOL

My favorite misheard song quote actually came from my then 4yr old, "I want to hear the Buckaroo song - you know if you buckaroo one more night" she sang - what she meant was - Stay by Oingo Boingo : "If we get the room one more night..." took us a minute but we still call it that.

My best friend mishears lyrics all the time. I think the best time was when she thought the lyrics in 30 Seconds to Mars's The Kill were "Marry me, marry me" instead of "bury me." In the context of the rest of the song, "marry me" just sounds ridiculous.

If I enlisted all of them, you'd laugh your head off!
I am not a Native English speaker, so... you can imagine! There is a whole lot of room for confusion..... lol. I mishear every second line in lyrics when I am tired.

Kokomo--I used to think it was "We'll get there faster than we'll take it slow" rather than "We'll get there fast and then we'll take it slow"

A song by Debbie Gibson in the 80s that was actually "come escape with me" but I thought it was "come and skate with me."

In those old Frosty the Snowman movies when Frosty meets Crystal and they sing "Frosty and Crystal" I always thought it was "Frosty the Crystal."

I always thought "Lucy in the Sky" was "Lucy in disguise" and one part went "go ask her" or something like that.
