Yes there are stores that carry negative sizes. One is Banana Republic. I'm searching for more.

No such thing as negative sizes. If the clothes in the misses section are too big, you have to go to the kids section or get clothes custom made.

You can't, as far as I know. I was TINY for the longest time, but too tall for 'kids' clothing. Try Abercrombe Kids, they have really good stuff that'll probably fit you. I am still able to fit into them... a size 16 in kids is just about a 3ish in petite clothing.
You'll either have to wear 00 (Wet Seal, 579, etc) or wear "kid's" clothing.

No such thing...the whole concept of misses is the fact that the clothes are fuller in the bosom and the seat, etc...

there's no such thing as negative sizes... to my amazement I have seen a size 0 though
