It depends. Do you mean inside the mall footlocker or just the store? It depends on every place but in Houston, the one in the mall opens at 10, which is when the mall opens.

I'm guessing 9 or maybe even 8 since it's Christmas time. But I would call them and ask. Or, most malls have official websites where you could probably look it up online. Or if it's just a Foot Locker by itself, maybe you could check Foot Locker's official website.

it depends what mall all malls open at different times.call the store and ask but i would think snice its about xmas 7 or 8.
