"otokomae" is antiquated, oldfashoned.
Gals are saying "iketeru (good looking)" and "ikemen (nice guy)".

Young girls often say "ike-men". It means good face. I'm not sure I translate it into correct English though. "ike-men" Sounds cool to them. But I don't think so.

"Hansamu desu".

In Japanese, it is considered rude to use pronouns such as "anata". Just the verb + desu works if you wish not to say their name.
If you want to use "kakkoii", it is spelled in romaji as I wrote it.

"Kare wa otokomae desu."

"Kakui" is like "minna" and means "everyone". That's not the right word! Maybe you meant "kawaii" (cute)?

In that case, to say "He's cute" it's "Kare wa kawaii desu."
