They ALL charge a fee for balance transfers, that's how they make their money. 2% of the transfer amount is the norm. However, if you're paying that back over the 9 month interest free period it works out to be 2.6% APR which is a REALLY cheap loan rate.
You can get a 0% for 9 months credit card pretty much anywhere. Try:

A lot of them have online application forms. It's scarily easy to do.
Good luck.

You can search for various credit card offers in good credit card sites. They have a comparison of various credit card offers and can help you choose various parameters like balance transfer and no fee while searching. The results that you get from these sites can be applied online for with minimum hassles.
One such site is http://www.card-gallery.com

Good luck.
For 0% interest, the lowest fee I've seen was 3%.
For no fee, the lowest interest I've seen was 1.99%.
Both were at Washington Mutual.

Bankrate.com - a well respected and TRUSTED site, unlike some of the junk sites floating around the forums here.
Also try Prosper . . .they do loans, but they may have some information of interest to you.

phone them and negotiate with them, nothing ventured nothing gained. some companiees don't advertise like thier offers but if you approach them they might just give you what you need - just to get your business, good luck (and be cheeky - ask for what YOU want)
