I actually agree with you .. ha ha .. Sometimes when I'm sitting here answering questions I think just that, that I need a life .. ha ha .. I actually do have a life,, too much of one , that's why I try to check out other peoples problems, it makes me feel like I'm not alone , with mine .. Also a lot of the questions are not stupid at all ..

No it is not ironic, it is rude. To you the question may not be stupid or little, it could be a call for help. If a person is unable to answer the question, they should just `skip` it, and not pass an unhelpfully answer just to get points.. After all, this site is called `answers`.

Yeah it's kinda like this: i was on gamespots forum board for resident evil outbreak reading a thread about how somebody beat the final boss using a knife. After a little talk about it, some guy posted "another person with too much time on their hands knifing thanatos as david". if that's his opinion, why would he A. go to youtube looking for re: outbreak videos B. be reading a forum about the game and C. bother going to the trouble of both making an account to post and posting the link? I look at it like this when someone says to me "get a life" or "you have too much time on your hands" it's my business how i want to spend my time, who are you to tell me how I should be spending my time? are you me? do you even know me? I personally know some people who would be happy if everyone got a job, got married, had kids and died with nothing else in between. It's REALLY easy to pass judgement on someone else, of course if someone does it to them in reverse. "how can you do what you do? isn't it boring going out all the time with no time for yourself? don't you want to do something different?" then they'll say you're stupid and don't have a life, don't try to understand them, they don't understand us.

it's not ironic, it's bad manners. Some people only answer for the points. Ignore them - unfortunately they don't go away, they are ignorant and don't deserve any king of recognition.
