For everyday walking I am assuming. Rockport or Naturalizer shoes. The are not trendy but they some styles are ok. They are great for waking all day. You can save more stylish shoes for when you do not need to walk so much. These are expensive but they last a really long time. They are also easy to get in and out of at the airport.

Naturalizer has some good walking shoes that can also be used for dressier occasions. Make sure the shoes are not brand new before you go because you will be doing a lot of walking and your feet may not appreciate you attempting to break new shoes in during the trip.

Buy a pair of skateboard shoes. The styles that look like casual shoes. I've been using them for years as casual shoes. The plusses are 1) very comfortable, 2) the have GREAT grip (got to stay on that skateboard).....and unless you look at their soles, they look like any pair of casual shoes. The are mostly done in suede leather. I currently have a dark beige, and a black pair. I do not skateboard.
