i just paid $40 for the new Caesar 4 game. i have XP on my computer if that will help. the game was installed properly, i followed all the prompts. but when the game starts, my screen goes white. the music plays, the game starts, i can see the games mouse clicker (the arrow/pointer) but all i see is WHITE!!!! i've been wanted to play this game FOREVER. and now i finally have it and its messed up. can anyone help me!?!?!?!?

ok, i'm on the windows website, to get some updates....how do i know which driver to update....theres a LONG list of different drivers????

how do i find out if i have the right video card??? i see the system requirements on the game guide, but i dont know how to figure out which my computer has?

you probably need a new better graphics card make sure you get the correct details of what type of graphics card u need before buying any old Graphics card!

Look on the game box, does your video card meet the game standards? If so, then contact customer support. also try to download Direct X 9.0c from Microsoft.com . DirectX helps alot with gaming. If you already have that...then its possibly the game is defected. Sorry hope you get it working

Check your video card. If it is not compatible with your game, you will get the problem you are having now. If the card is compatible, be sure to update the drivers.

check the system requirements on the game package. Call the number on the Ceaser 4 package. And call the service number for your computer. If you still can't getit to work then take it back. COMPLAIN!!!
