I can't get over to sleep and as a result am asking this question. Anyone else in same boat?

I'm sitting here actually debating whether or not to go to bed. Not a student anymore but know if you're off to study in morning then you'll suffer as much as me.

lol im awake and i have toleave at seven for school
and i wont be sleeping till at least 11:30 which is early because usually i am awake till 1:00 or 2:00 or even in some rare situations which have occured 3:00
yes i am a sleep deprived teen
but not for the reasons that the typical teen is sleep deprived...i dont stay up all night online chatting and stuff like that
im up doing my homework and studying as i have taken difficult college level courses in high school
yes and then your head pounds like crazy and you're tired all the time. its terrible and never ends. i can't wait till this stressful year is over.
but sleep is a good thing...i do it alot on weekends..lol
so get sleep when you can

Thank God I don't have to go to work in the A.M. I retired two years ago and now I just lay around and do what ever I want! Go to bed and read, and you'll fall asleep real fast.

Well it is morning and I'm in but because it's the last working day before Christmas we finish at 1pm.

well since the website says this question is an hour old and it is now 2:00 pm I can guess you only wanted people in your hemisphere to answer you....
here in Aus lots of people are awake... and lots of people are at work...

I'm an insominac... so yeah, same boat as you... I love dragging my half asleep butt into work in the morning... it's magical!

Arrh... yes I see what you mean, it is 3am. I can`t sleep, no thanks to a couple of owls outside in the garden, 3am. is no time for them to start up such a noisy conversation!
