Nothing illegal or harrassment...just a boss that micromanages, is a control nut, and drives me crazy. I can post into another job that I would be bored to death, but the boss and I get along well. Both pay equally well, same shift, and same location. What to choose -- job or boss?

A boss I love and a job I hate. Though if you look harder you will find that you can have both and you needn't make a decision that lacks either element.

Don't accept a job for the boss. They tend to move on and you are left behind.

Take the job you love and work on building a good relationship with the micro-manager.

If I have been you i could STICK IT OUT... basically be difficult and dont enable her push you around. i began out a job approximately 2 years in the past yet i'm going to by no skill forget approximately my first week there. It grew to become into extreamly busy and no one grew to become into assisting me, they basically surpassed me paper paintings and assumed that I knew a thank you to do the paintings, so I didnt do it. Then my boss reported that she could at last prepare me, needless to say 5 o'clock hit and he or she went residing house. i grew to become into soo mad because of the fact I had a a million 12 months previous daughter at my residing house that I had by no skill been far flung from. I yelled at all and sundry and reported "If i had to take a seat down around and don't something, i will do it at residing house with my daughter". After that I have been given apologized to and many educating. I hated my boss too, yet I basically found out to forget approximately approximately her b***** fest on a daily basis and killed her with kindness. haha lol.

I'd stick with the job you love. Otherwise you may end up with not liking the job or the boss....
