2. The country will not be divided.
3. Saddam and Iraq will be under the US influence.
4. A win-win situation for the US, Iraq and the world, with the exception of the real terrorist-like country, Israel.

Nope. The situation is too much for him to control. The shiites would go buck wild, and now they have weapons. Even many sunnis would reject him, for various reasons. So no, he would not be sucessful.
