Give her something personal...In her stocking, put homemade "coupons" for little things like a night out, you doing the dishes, etc, that would really mean a lot to her.

something personal and from the heart to make her feel you have put a lot of effort into it. Write her a letter telling her how you love her, or a poem. A picture of something special you did together could also be very special. If you are thinking more of an expensive gift, why not take her away for a special weekend with pampering, not only in the form of some time at the spa, but from you too. Show her you love her. Give her a home made massage! Make her feel like she is your everything. Gifts that are special come from the heart, not from the wallet!! But hey thats my opinion!

A lot of it depends on what you think of her.
It would be good to look at her life with you. What things big or small seem to make her happy? Is she a practical woman? Would a gift she could use for the house make her smile? Some new pots, kitchen tools, power tools?
I know that boys, young and old, like to have their "toys". Sometimes women are the same way. Would she like something like that? A gadget, a spa date, a day away from the kids (if you have any)?
You could be romantic and re-create your first date or the moment you asked her to marry you. You could go to or make wherever you live just like the a favorite memory of hers. Just make sure it doesn't bring back bad memories or embarrasses her a lot,
If push comes to shove, you could always give her a gift card to her favorite department store and tell her to spend it on whatever she dreams of having (within the dollar amount on the card of course!)

Get tickets to a play that you can go see together with dinner. Get a room for the night at a casino, and give her 100 bucks to gamble with. Is there a hobby that she always wanted to do but never did. I oil paint. You could buy her all the supplies for the hobby she always wanted to do and tell her to finally do and enjoy it. If you dont know what supplies to buy . Get her a gift card to the hobby lobby store. How about a puppy or a kitten ? I don't know what your life style is so pets, well that's up to you. Have an oil painting portrait done of her, or of your wedding picture. That will always be special to her. Lots of people do them from a photograph. Pick your favorite one. Brain storm this question with her best friend. She knows her about as well as you do, and talks alot more to them about stuff that she may want to do or want. Its worth a try. Hope this has helped. But she will love you no matter what you give her. Give her an empty box, and tell her you filled it with all your love. Good Luck.

The best gift you could get your wife is A DAY AT THE SPA> find your most reputable day spa and buy her a facial, body treatment package. Or facial and pedicure.
Good spas will offer great packages. Especially over the holidays.
This is the best gift for a woman. It is something that she will feel guilty getting for herself. Yet all women love to be pampered. It lets her know that you are thinking about her peace of mind. That you think she deserves a day at the spa. Time to relax.
She will love it!

Hi How about a gift certificate for a total make over, and a message to go with it. I realize it is hard to shop for women but that is something that would be wonderful for anyone. especially for someone that has everything. God Bless you for being so caring. And you have a very Merry Christmas.

Go the Bath and Body Works Store! They have lots of different things like really pretty smelling lotions and soap. And, no it's not anything trashy! Lots of women shop there!!! You can also ask an associate that works there to help you out!!!

Cartier is never the same old. Try a watch or the Love bracelet. Its expensive but its the best.
