How to buy a movie's copyright from Warner Bros, MGM, etc. to broadcast it in another country?

I want to buy old movies from movies company to broadcast them on television in Vietnam.

You need to find the name(s) of the distributor(s) in your country who distributes the films/shows for these particular movie studios. Then contact these distributors and you can take it from there.
