If this happenes again, make another Admin account then go to Command Prompt and type in the following:

net user

(then a list of users will pop up, type this in after)

net user "Your Account Name" 12345

( Please Note, after you type in your account name and push space, anything you type after your account name turns into your account)

Example:

My account name is "James"

Start>Run>CMD or All Programs and Accessories and command promt,

in the command prompt, type in below:

net user

then it will list the user account names,

James, type this after - remember after the name type passowrd

net user James *your desired password*

First, are you the only user on the PC. If not is your user ID an administrator account? Is anyone else that logs onto the PC an administrator? If so, have them log on and go into users to reset your password.
