It would definitely, once and for all, demonstrate how anti American and anti democracy conservatives really are. That good ol' Stalinist, facist streak would be out there for all to see.

hes pretty much allready eliminated the constitution. hes broken more laws than any president before him. how about getting rid of all the politicians forever. let people who have nothing to gain politically, or financially run the country. only then, will this country be what it was supposed to be. theres a lot of good people who gave their lives just to keep this nation from becoming what it is today. i was born here, and now i have to have a picture id. on me or ill be thrown in jail. thats a fact. thank you, george w. bush.

in spite of my view in course of liberals, the military would refuse to finish the martial regulation order and the President will be impeached. I disagree with Democrats on many stuff, yet they don't seem to be helping terrorist. confident i love teasing Democrats on YA, yet i understand they love u . s . a . too. they basically have diverse options. The radicals who pontificate anti-American hate do not characterize all liberals or the Democratic get at the same time. you're lumping some jerks in with an finished get at the same time and that is not good.

Absolutely not. Our freedoms, rights, and democracy are what make this country great. As much as it pains me to say this, we need the liberals to present alternative choices and opposing points of view, and to help maintain checks and balances in our political system. We need to learn to work together for the good of our country and stop this partisan b.s. before we "destroy ourselves from within". That is my humble opinion.

He ignores the parts of the Constitution that don't let him do what he wants to do anyway. He has, in effect, already eliminated it. Fortunately, there ARE liberals to oppose his idiotic actions.

No way! It's a lose lose situation for everyone. The liberals obviously lose. The conservatives lose because now they have no one to make them who they are- they have no one to argue with. And everyone else loses because they gave in to Bush and now they have to listen to his stupidity until he passes his reign to his daughters... and somehow I don't think anyone would want to see them ruling America. *Shivers*
