If the account is blocked due to fraud on your end, I wouldn't risk it. The bank will eat your paycheck.

In my country, Brazil, the amount remains available in the bank, till you go there to get it. If you dont go to the bank in few days to get the money they open a temporary account to you. So you can get the money with your identification document.
