That could definitely be bad for the child! Especially since she already has a child and is continuing these behaviors around her.
However, don't automatically assume that the kid is going to be deformed or retarded, because I have a friend who didn't realize she was preggers until she was like 4 months along, and she had been drinking, smoking pot, and even doing coke (once) up until she realized she was expecting...and she didn't stop smoking cigs at all. Honestly, he baby is the healthiest and calmest I've ever seen.
Basically, talk to the mother and the father and explain to them (just in case they don't realize) that this is improper behavior. Maybe she should just get an IUD or something so she doesn't have to interfere with all her little parties to take care of a pile of kids.

defintly step in or call a social worker or something that is a baby not some toy she has no right on doing that and u should feel bad at all when u do call just think of it as the baby would be in a better home where he/she would not have to deal with a druggy mom or a drug dealer dad

It could really affect the baby in so many negative ways. I know that you probably feel caught up in a really bad situation so if I were you I would tell someone from Child Protective Services and have the child(ren) taken ----- they would be in such a better situation with someone to love them and take care of them like they should be.No child should be subject to such things. Good luck and I hope that you make a good decision.

In my state they do a blood test on babies when they are born and they find the drugs and alcohol in there blood they usually take the baby away from the mother and press charges, if your state does not do that you could leave an anonymous note at the nurses station suggesting that they do so

Someone needs to take care of this child, and if the parents won't do it, please take a stand! This child may need some serious medical attention once born, and could go through months, if not years, of withdrawal symptoms. If baby's mother is still doing drugs, there is no way she can handle a baby going through this painful process, and she needs to figure out how to take care of herself before she tries to take care of another life. You need to step in ASAP! You will regret it if you don't and something horrible comes of it.

Let your Department of Family Services (or the equivalent where you are) know what's going on NOW. If she's had one child taken away, I'd think they would be extra careful in checking her out. She sounds too irresponsible to be a mother. Take a stand for her unborn child..if you don't, there's no telling what will happen.

You need to notify your Department of family Services immediately. she does not need to be giving birth & then bringing the baby home. Voice your concerns to the proper people. When she does deliver, they will do a toxicology on her and the baby, and possibly take both children away. Maybe the second time will rattle her senses and she will grow up and be an adult & mother.

What you would need is money, because the only way she sounds like she is going to stop is to be locked into a good rehab. I'm so sorry to hear about this...what a shame isn't it? We have such possibilites in life, like love, bliss, and compassion. Why do some people choose hell? And then of course they would drag others into it, because they don't want to be alone. So very sad.

It could kill the baby, or disfigure then, cause them to be mentally challenged..the list goes on..nothing good will come of this. You have to sit her down and talk to her. It's not only her life but her childrens she is messing around with. Children's Aid needs one call to start a file and will remove them from the household. Don't threaten it but keep it in mind if these kids are being abused or neglected.

You need to call the child protective services even before the baby is born and let them know what's going on. I believe you really need to do this, because once she has the baby (if the poor creature survives!) there is no telling what will happen next!!! And you might never forgive yourself for not trying to protect it!
