Jimmy Carter. There were some bad presidents earlier, but they all from what I've seen have done at least one great thing. I can't say Bush, becasue he's attacking terrorist rather than defending, plus he's faced what no other President has encountered. Plus he's economy has broken the stock market record over 3 times. And unemployment is lower than it was with Clinton. Clinton also had a good economy, but failed over 8 years to get Bin Laden starting in 1993.

This brings me back to Jimmy Carter. He did nothing good. The Economy was a near disaster. People waited 5 blocks or longer to fill up their gas tanks because the USA had no fuel, and when we did it was God sent. That's why we had the long lines for Gas. OPEC owned Carter, and he couldn't get oil prices down. He also tried to fire his whole Cabinet, which showed the world that the White House was falling apart. He accpted 5 resignations. He later said he should have only asked those 5 people. Last but not least the Panama Canal Treaty. He gave back the Panama Canal back to Panama. This cost the US in Millions of dollars we made every year. FYI. now that panama owned the land they sold it off to the Chinese. Now the Chinese are the Majority holders in the Panama Canal and surrounding land. Just the people we want controlling it. The Chinese the next superpower. The Canal is a very important Military water path. Then came the Iran hostage crisis. We had hostages obver there for more than a year. Reagan got them released his 1st day in Office. Plus he boycotted the Moscow Olympics. And he tells Bush you need to talk w/ your ememies. Yet he Boycotts the Olympics in Russia. Jimmy Carter is the worst.

The only good presidents were assassinated...no doubt by future wanna be presidents and affiliates...they've all been pretty stupid...at least Clinton was liked until he started thinking with his smaller head.

No doubt the worst and stupidest is the current puppeteer who is the dumbest by far...I just can't believe all the stupid things he's said and done...some day they will look back in history and read up on all the bushisms and blunders he's made and say wow...those people must have been pretty stupid to actually elect someone like that! What a hoot...to think he was actually elected...fixed...from the start and planned...all of it...one day the truth may come out...but not in this lifetime.

I know pretty much everyone who answered is doing this and it's because he's in office, but I'll have to go with George W. Bush Jr. for some obvious reasons. For example, blaming and attacking the entire nation of Afghanistan for the actions of about 12 Saudis and Egyptian (I'm Muslim and I'm mixed, so please don't think I'm blaming them either.) who had a few friends there, the war in Iraq over weapons that weren't found, the current state of economy even though all presidents are blamed for that at least once. Also, the fact that he only won by the electoral college, not the people's vote. In both elections, it was an extremely close vote. Lastly that I can think of, he almost always refuses to acknowledge any actions of Israel against Palestine, Lebanon, and even the United States no matter what happens.

I don't live in the United States but if you go by good historical sources President Filmore has to be a candidate.
Go read your history books about the causes of your civil war.

Without an extensive study of American history it would be unfair to say George bush .But he commit ed the blunder of the century
when he moved in on Iraq with faulty intelligence, believing he could repeat desert storm when the Iraqi's offered no meaning full resistance.Saddam - as despicable he is he kept the shia at bay

I really would say Bush Jr., myself. He is not smart. Heck, the president of the free world should not require "handlers." He lies to the world on a daily basis and is responsible for turning the good will of the world that we enjoyed after suffering through 9/11 into the complete opposite by invading a country who had absolutely nothing to do with it.

Carter wasn't much either.

Man, you need to NEVER use the word "whom" unless you know how to use it. Boy, that sounds really pretentious. It's "who" in that sentence.

It has to be our current President, George W. Bush. The reason I say is he's most flagrantly disrespected the Constituition of any of the previous Presidents.

He's used 'signing statements' more than all of the previous Presidents. That means that his 'approval' of any legislation has come with a statement saying that...Yes, he approves the bill, but some parts of it which impinge upon his powers as a President he does not support and will not enforce.

Hands down, Jimmy Carter. It all started with him; Middle East, Central America, South America, etc.. . His weakness to deal with any issue at hand was the worst. He was never able to put resolve on anything.

George W. Bush. If I were to go through every reason i had for this answer I'd be here for hours. Here's a thought, considering that MURDER is one hell of an awful thing, Bush has killed more innocent people than Saddam. Yet, Saddam is this awful, horrible, EVIL MAN whom we must put to death immediately... You Radical Right Wingers out there see Bush as a saint.... hmmm...
