Yes. The local net server can monitor any traffic, for obvious reasons, and so can the employer's ISP. Doesn't mean it does, but it's likely that they can spot any unusual usage if they go looking for it.

Not all employers are geared up to detailed surveillance, but it's easy enough to do.

IT database can also generate reports based on the monitor.

Deleting from your computer doesn't mean there's no record elsewhere. It is a two way connection, after all. Can't necessarily monitor keystrokes, but it can be done.

If you're freaking out about it, just give it a rest, chill, and figure out a different way to access what you want to see.

Depends on the type of business if each computer is individually hooked up to the web more then likely not, but if they are connected to a network and the person who runs the network can now and then see wat websites and other things are being done on those comps, sometimes they even have a way of recording every action and lil move made online

yes they can, it depends on the programs that your company has purchased to see this. Some programs even allow the employer to view what you are doing at the exact time that you are on the pc. If are doing something bad on the computers, I would just stop. Just wait till u get home.

You take a chance everytime you do something at work. The techies have ways to look into your computer and that includes your temporary files, cookies, etc.

It all depends on what kind of systems that the company has. Because at my office they can see everything from what we do on the computers to what we do while in the office right from there own house!!

We just had a local man sent to jail for a year for using his company Internet connection for downloading child porn, and he was an IT expert and thought he was covering his tracks.
If you download a virus that causes a lot of damage you can also be sued.

If your on an employers network, they can moniter what you look at, who you email, etc... They technically can call up an image of what your doing, however i dont think they have someone monitering it, it just searches for key words i.e. "g-n" "b-omb" "quit" "boss".
