I take it that you are trying to compile a CV or a resume to apply for a job online.
I suggest that you pay an employment agency or get a friend with experience in English and job hunting to help you put your CV together.
Bennifiths, of different jobs translates normally as "work experience" or "previous experience." The local post office may be able to help you with your address.
