you would need 2 pci express 12v rails and 2 pci express slots. full x16 in both lanes is the best. make sure you at least have a 1000w power supply with that setup and 36 amps on each rail.

I dont agree with the 700 watts....Maybe if your power supply is made from pc power and cooling you could get by with 700. 750 at the very least! 1000 is good for now and future you wont be wasting any money.

Yes you would need two PCI Express x16 slots as the first answer said, but calm down on that power supply requirement. 18 amps on each 12V rail will do, so anything at 700W and above will be fine.
