Wikipedia is a good resource for general information, but if you want to use it for factual accuracy, then you might have to reconsider. Since Wikipedia is a compilation of resources gathered by the people, then anyone can put on any info about anyone for any reasons. Like the presidential election for example, the candidates can put on information about themselves, but they can also change the info on the opposing candidate to ruin their image. The information isn't always reliable. You can check with Wikipedia for basic knowledge of things, but you can't rely on it for accurate information. Maybe in many years, Wikipedia will become a great and power encyclopedia through more man power and enforcement, but right now it's not reliable. It might be a good idea to donate and help them achieve a more reliable level.

I agree. Anyone can post any information or change any information and if you use wiki, you have to verify the information on another source. Several times I've discovered people who reference wiki and are dead wrong. Don't trust it and I don't use it.

Those who post negatively about Wikipedia do not understand its peer-review system. An archive of human knowledge is invaluable and puts information where it should be: in the hands of everyone.

It isn't always great resource...because it is people outside there put information there themselves...
You never know whether it's true or false...
Often, I find 'em seems to be true...but then I dont know if it's true though...
Again, you cannot really trust internet...but I like to use that...it's fun...
