How do you get the game on J.K.Rowlings website to work?

I did all the intstructtions on yahoo up to the part where it tells you to hold down the chime on the second to the right but its doesn't open the door no matter what I do

After you click on the chime, it should turn into a key. Did you drag the key over to the lock on the door? You need to do that before it will open.
