So at the beginning of the trade talk it was stated that Iverson was DEMANDING a trade. Once he was deported to Denver, Denver gave a speech saying Allen was anxious to be in there. Why did I hear on the radio today that Allen never demanded a trade. What's your opinion?

Sounds like Allen's been spending too much time with TO.

I also heard on a talk show, ESPn The Sports Animal, in which Allen Iverson said the following "I am upset that I wasn't able to finish my carrer with the Sixers, but what can I do? I just got keep doing my thing and keep playing ball and hopefully get to the championship."

I felt that the sixers should have kept him for atleast this season than traded for him in the offseason (bet u they probbaly get a better deal)....

he never did, he said he wanted change, he wanted the team to change, and if it didn't change its act he would like to be traded. the team lost 12 out of 14 gms, and he couldn't take it anymore. Sure he might be glad to be in Denver, but he said that he loved all the 76ers and the fans. SPORTSCENTER has the story, u should watch it tommorrow. in the morning of course.

he did a interview with steven a smith on espn yesterday and said that he told billy king that if things dont change (as far as the style of basketball) so they could win games then he doesnt want to be a part of it....he was clearing it up that he didnt literally walk into b.king's office and say "trade me"..but that how ed snider and billy king made it sound
