Yes indeed.... the Philippines Government even passed a law that all people who caught killing a dog will be punished and will have penalty.... this is because dogmeat is a local delicacy here.....but seldom now that you can see it in the market...

humans don't feel that an animal can possess a soul, meaning it isn't aware of death, meaning they can slaughter it and no harm will come. which simply isn't true. they do have souls, as do trees and other living things.

people think animals are less important just because they dont think like humans. they dont care about useless stuff like humans do. they just live and its not fair that theyre slaughtered just because of this reason.
