I been tryin to play but my fingers cant move that good when i play so im thinkin y dont i excersise my fingers so i can play easier but i dont kno where to find a place where they have excersises so i can excersise on my guitar if anyone knos please help my guitar is tuned E B G D A E

definitely the scales. it is impossible to really play the guitar if you never learned the scales

Maybe you should try tuning it differently like E A D G B E or something like that.
Just play some simple chords and keep the beat then steadily move the pace up

Learn the chords clean, make sure you're playing in a comfortable position (sitting is easier), then work on changing chords, time will make your fingers more flexable and easier to hit those chords once they become second nature. My hand still cramps up every now and then..

Learn some scales, and play them a bunch of times each day. As you progress, try to increase your speed. (and btw, I think you mean your guitar is tuned EADGBE)

Just keep playing little riffs and try going faster, no excercise can beat experience. If you insist on excercises then www.ultimate-guitar.com has a tutorial section and near every guitar tab in world, its a god send ;)
