Technically not. The physical body is disposable and easily destroyed by outside circumstances or effects. I would venture to say that the only thing we truly own is nothing more than our own integrity. In our integrity we defend our own beliefs and stand by others, thereby defining who we are. Who we have been in our life affects and influences others, as well, it is the only thing we take with us when we die. We are remembered for who we are, not what we are.

The concept for ownership is an antinomy in itself, neither true nor false in the absolute, but for ever changing. Is it not certain enough that what is true for our self is true for an amount of time sufficient for our needs.

'We take possession of a thing [a] by directly grasping it physically, [b] by forming it, and [c] by merely marking it as ours.'

'The positive element in the last class of sciences is of different sorts. (i) Their commencement, though rational at bottom, yields to the influence of fortuitousness, when they have to bring their universal truth into contact with actual facts and the single phenomena of experience. In this region of chance and change, the adequate notion of science must yield its place to reasons or grounds of explanation. Thus, e.g. in the science of jurisprudence, or in the system of direct and indirect taxation, it is necessary to have certain points precisely and definitively settled which lie beyond the competence of the absolute lines laid down by the pure notion.'

If you can be clear of the meaning of the word "we" in your question you will know thatit is not rue.
Who is that "we" ? Or for that matter "I"? If I ask you . who are you and you say that you are Humstu , I will ask tell you that I didnot ask for your name . I asked you "Who are you?" . Names , rich poor , engineer , doctor are all attributes of you and not YOU. This physical body is also an attiribute of you .
It is like staying in a rented apartment. can you say that the rented apartment is yours? You live n that and you have to vacate it. This body you are referring to is also a rented attire. you have to vacate it .
You own nothing. You rent them for your temporary needs here.

No. You have your mind, your spirit. That's the important part. The body is just a vessel. A temporary home. Your spirit will live forever even when the body decays & dies eventually.

I don't think so. I do not think we have anything. We didn't choose where to be born, or even choose to be born at all. And often times, we cannot control our time of death.
So I would say that no, it is not true because we do not even have our physical body.

"Possession is nine tenths of the law." So everything I have bought, and possess, is what I own.
However, when I die those possessions will mean nothing, and will be divided amongst, those who have survived me.
The body itself isn't something permanent either... And, (hope this never happens), if someone to kill me, it could be said that they had taken my body away from me... Going back to the whole possession rule.
So to sum it up... Yes, and No.

You own your physical body as well as your memories and your heart, as someone above said, your spirit.
No one can take that away.
