You definately need to check out Basement Jaxx. Totally amazing. Some of the better songs are "Red Alert," "Where's Your Head At," and "Do Your Thing," but they have so many good ones, you just need to go to the iTunes music store and listen to them.
Also, Eiffel 65 is pretty cool. They had that one hit song called "Blue (Da Ba De)," but they've got some other really good techno songs on their album "Europop." My favorite techno song on there is "My Console."
