Just drink water!!! thats it!! nothing really helps....sorry to bust your bubble but its true.....I have been sleepy the ENTIRE pregnancy and I am 39 weeks, I sleep almost over 12 hours a day!!!! Just take naps whenever you can and drink nothing but water, take your vitamins during the day when you wake up, even though they make you feel nausiated it will keep you awake and keep yoru energy up for a while........try eating a healthy bar, or drinking a slurpy, sugar is the only thing that is okay to eat or drink that will energize you....

Tree nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts), fruits, and lots of water. Try to steer clear of simple carbohydrates like sweets. They give you a blood sugar boost and then when that wears off, you're more tired than ever! Also try to drink water. Sometimes when people are dehydrated, they get tired easily. You may just be trying to get used to not having caffeine. Good luck!

Eat proteins, not carbohydrates which give a quick rush. Proteins for preggos, in case you need some suggestions, include hard boiled eggs, hard cheeses.....
