Problems with a lady, we both had problems, i guess that she wanted to go take care of hers..( I amtaking care of mine as well), the drink.

Drinking never took care of anything except emptying your pockets for tickets and fines, not to mention the medical problems it creates. You didn't say what your real problem was with her. Sounds like you both needed to move on. So get off of the booze and go find a nice compatable girl.

When you have baggage of emotional problems, and drinking too, having a relationship are hard to manage, try AA, and encourage her too at AA, and support each other and give each other yourselves and be positive and on the same page on stop drinking.
If she can't handle your baggage of problems, she has too much to deal on her own, and not able to functioned to have a relationship with you.
Both of you have to get the control of yourselves over drinking, and bring in the best interest for yourselves, before you try to manage a relationship.

Are you refering to alcoholism? Alcohol abuse? Put "the drink" down and Let us know, add details.
