I had a Chevy product that had spark and fuel pressure but used a noid light to check power to the injector and no power. I found that the ignition control module was only working part way in allowing the plugs to fire but wasn't sending a signal to the computer to fire the injectors.

Yes it can run, a check you can do. disconnect the connector that goes to one of the throttle body's, one is a plus and minus. Do this with the key on or while cranking the engine and it will probably run. The throttle body modules get the signal to pulse, how long etc from your computer, that is probably what is crapped out. The same thing, same symptoms happened to me on a Pontiac Fiero, changed the computer module and I was back running again. However I was able to capture a code that indicated the problem. there are about a hundred pins in and out of the computer, only one is the inj. mod control. Good Luck.

Before you go and start replacing expensive parts, check fuel flow and pressure.

Could be pump relay, oil pressure switch, or bad pump ground wire to frame, or fuse.
