I suspect the reason you split because he was kinda broke most of the time anyway, no job, ?? and he had to go.
So why decide to let him back in, pity.??.. pity wasn't enough to make you stay married. He's probably playing the guilt card on you. "You kicked me out blah blah blah...", Having him and new man in the same house ( husbands house?) when you are not yet divorced is probably not a good idea. I would show him the door, change the locks, etc.

Only you can decide this and you need to do it soon. It was nice of you to give your husband a place to stay but if your going to have a new man then that might not be such a good idea. He's probably wondering if you and him are going to get back together and if he's not then it must be really awkward for your new boyfriend to be around him. If you choose to do this then be nice about it and give your husband time to find a new place.

NO YOU ARE NOT SEPARATED FROM HIM.....AND YOU ARE HOLDING ON TO HIM FOR BENEFITS.....YOU CANT PUT HIM OUT BECAUSE THAT'S BOTH YOU GUYS HOUSE... IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW....WHEN YOU BECOME MARRIED YOU,GUYS ARE ONE......AND YOU ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH PEOPLE FEELINGS...AND YOU NEED TO GROW UP....OR SOMEONE WILL GET HURT....YOU CLAIM YOU GUYS ARE NOT TOGETHER RIGHT? SO WHY ARE HE STILL IN THE SAME HOUSE? YOU WANT THE OTHER GUY WHY CANT YOU GO AND STAY WITH HIM......THE LAW STANDS BETWEEN YOU GUYS....AND NO WAY AROUND IT....STOP USING HIM....AND YOU MIGHT THINK THAT ITS BETTER ON THE OTHER SIDE....YES IT IS WHILE YOU STEALING IT....BUT IT ALL CHANGES WHEN YOU ARE FULL TIME... GROW UP AND DO IT THE RIGHT WAY.....THAT'S BY THE BOOK.........DIVIDE THE ASSETS AND MOVE ON.......BETTER YET IF THE GUY MEANS THAT MUCH LEAVE IT ALL AND GO STAY WITH HIM...THAT'S JUST MATERIALISTIC THINGS..

Should I put my husband out?

It's completely up to you. If finding a new relationship is your goal, then having an estranged husband live with you is not a good situation; no man who is serious about a relationship would tolerate such a thing. However, if dating is just a way of playing around and having fun, it is no one's business who lives with you and why. You don't have to answer to your "new man".

Well.. Since you indicated that it is "your house", you should give him a deadline of 30 to 45 days to move out in writing (you sign and date he sign do the same the agreement). Since you have moved on with your new man it is not a good idea to bring him around while your husband is there. I suggest you all meet at his place until your husband moves out.

Girl yeah! do yourself a favorite make sure you let him know you have a new man in your life and the fact that you don't want him. Just make that perfectly clear please and don't let him get to comfortable living there. As a matter of fact help him get his own place. That was you wont just be putting him out in the streets. He deserves that much I guess. But if you want to be happy you must put him out.

Ask yourself, a simple question! Where do you see happiness? Your Ex Husband who shared your life but now separated or a new man who is going to share your life? The answer is within you.

I would not have let him stay in the first place. You need to get him out if you want to have any chance at a relationship. Imagine how weird your new 'man' will feel when he walks in YOUR house and find YOUR ex lounging in his underwear on YOUR couch...

If your legally separated and you slept with your husband, that null and voids the court injunction and your no longer legally separated, you have to go through the whole thing again. your now married once again. Good luck Oh! and the guy your sleeping with is in deep crap!
