Whats this called and where can i get one?

I need something to record things like songs i sing and be able to add music on it that i make and music from other cd's.
then be able to turn that into a new cd.i dont know what there called or where to find one. i need it to be cheap in price!please help.

You can get software for your computer to do that. Then just buy a microphone and have at it. You can get the software at Best Buy or someplace like that. Good Luck.

iPods are not cheap.
