lol, it is another new term just like emo or hardcore.
it's just a saying and a style. For instance, scene people are a mixture of emo/hardcore/gangster. you see more of them than emos these days!!
hint:myspace has tons of them.

people who dye their hair black and listen to "hardcore" music, wear skinny *** pants, and band shirt,kids that hardcore dance, and have plugs in theyre ears, and wear la or ny baseball caps....
