No, but is it anywhere?

The profits from Imperialism went back to the colonizing country. Unlike Roman occupation, Europeans didn't leave behind infrastructure, or a functioning one anyway. Where is the network of roads, railway lines, hospitals, university, dams, powerplants, clean water plants, sanitation?

I realize the idea of a "noble savage" is inaccurate, but I can't think of a good example of what whites brought to Africa, really.

Not really, and here's why.

Positives: 1) Establishment of a transport rail system, 2) Exposure to world economy, 3) Introduction of modern medicine and technology

Negatives: 1) Illogical creation of states based on diverse cultures, leading to the wars and disagreements we see today, 2) Robbery of African resources, 3) Establishment of modern "neocolonialism," where the imperial countries still control the economies of the African countries through economic domination, 4) Lasting jealousies due to imperials favoratism of some groups by imperialists (this problem was one of the causes of the Rwanda massacre), 5) Disruption of African culture and displacement of African culture and values by Western culture and values

I see more cons than pros...

actually not
to them, Africa consisted of resources for trade

then it led to apartheid, slavery and other exploitations
it also was a breeding ground for some corrupted countries
