it's where you clear your mind and have a pen and paper ready and then your pen starts writing on the paper while your holding the pen. The messages on the paper are written by a spirit and the handwriting isn't yours.
Anybody here done it? If so, what kind of messages did you receive?

"Help me"
"Mahhhmmy"
"Be good"
"Where am I"
The rest are just scribbles.

Yes I have, it connects you with your guardian angel. It was very hard to do and 90% of it didn't make any sense, except that her name is Linda, and I had a major headache afterwards~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
