J - I like the junky response - or joint
K - Ketamine (aka Special-K, or K)
M - MDMA, Methamphetamines, Morphine, mescaline
N - Narcan (not sure of spelling, but it's the drug they give people who OD on heroine to bring them out of it) or Narcs or nicotine
O - opiates
P - psychedelics
Q - Quaalude (old school downer)
R - Ritalin
S - serotonin (one of the main neurotransmitters affected by MDMA)
T - tourniquet (used to cut off circulation before shooting up)
V - vicodin

That should get you started.

This is a trick question. HIV is the virus which *causes* AIDS. But not all HIV+ people have AIDS!!! If you were with a guy who did not have AIDS and had unprotected sex, you might still contract the HIV virus *if* he is HIV+. As to catching HIV by oral sex, statistically that is extremely unlikely, though it could be remotely possible. I've never actually heard of a case where that happened. But the "right" answer is probably to always use protection, LOL.
