I do when I am in thought. The bad thing is I stop thinking about my issue and try to watch the blades spin and follow them with my eyes. After I go off on that for a while I start trying to see if i can count the rotations. Before you know it I forgot about my problem, lifes good again.( I think I just said that my celing fan was my therapist..)
