hello.
im about 5"11, 200 pounds - and 14 years old.

i honestly do not think I'm fat, nor am I hear to complain about my weight, i absolutely love my bodyform, and size.

I am VERY active on a daily basis - i consistently lift weights, attend football camps, conditioning camps, and very active during my football off-season..

my question is, what is my projected body weight when I am 18 years old.

There are a couple variables to your question.

1. Your diet
2. Lifestyle, 4 years from now
3. Genes
4. Height 4 years from now
5. I'm sure there are more that I can't list off the top of my head this moment.

You control your weight. It's not like height. You can control weight by what you eat, how much you eat and what your lifestyle looks like. Height on the other hand is mostly genetic and set.

It's hard to tell. I think you may be slightly overweight. Just watch your diet and you should be ok. I would say anywhere from 170-180 is a good weight but you lift weights so you are going to weigh more bcs of muscle. That's normal.

You can't just have a projected weight. Things change. Life- Style. Stress. And stuff like that.

I'd guess about 6'3 and 235, keep lifting and stay active, and you'll be soild.
