Winter, unfortunately. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a depression happens when it starts getting cold and people don't go outdoors/excercise as much.

That's why we need so many things to celebrate this season! So happy holidays and keep your spirits up!

probably when the fam bam gets together and the person isnt included and decides to go psycho....i.e. christmas and thanksgiving.
