my self-esteem. Every time I see a girl that looks perfect on T.v. , Magazine, or the Internet, I'm constantly comparing my self to her and I think I'm ugly. I know my boyfriend loves me for who I am and stuff, but I'm also constantly comparing myself to his ex's. It's a habit and I can't stop. He's told me time after time that I'm sexy and beautiful. I hate bein' this depressed about it. I've tried counseling and such, but it doesn't help. I use to be both anorexic and belumic, but I had stopped it before it got way out of control. I was like this before I met my boyfriend and now, it's even worse now that I'm with him. I wanna change my thoughts, but just can't seem to do it. It's not just my boyfriend's ex's, but anyone else that I see. So, my problem is that I'm constantly comparing myself to those really pretty girls that every guy drools over and I'd like to be one, but I know that I couldn't ever.

I'm to the point to where I don't even put up avatars of skinny people in them, just words, because it bugs me so much.

i think every girl out there feels the same way. i sure do, but i don't have a boyfriend to tell me that i'm wrong about my image and stuff. I think u shouldn't compare yourself to those girls in magazines because most of the time they are photoshopped to look thinner or prettier. Besides, you shouldn't be putting so much pressure and stress on urself about this, u should be happy that u got someone in ur life who thinks u r amazing because of who u r. Most of those girls on those magazines are really pressured out, so be thankful that no one out there is stressing u about urself besides urself. Don't compare urself to ur bf's ex or those girls in magazines, u probably are beautiful the way you are and ur just not seeing it or in denial because you convince urself that beautiful or pretty should look like those thin models, which isn't true. If ur still uncomfortable about urself, it's fine but just don't let anyone get to u about ur image or youself.

Your not going to like the sound of this, but the first thing you need to do is be without a boyfriend. 1. You can't love anyone unless you love yourself. 2. You need to focus on you. You need to make a list about things you like about yourself that have nothing to do with your looks. Then, make a list of the physical things that you do like about yourself. ( ex. I like my hair color...). Focus on those things and find pleasure in them. Find ways to help others and focus on them. Look at the things your grateful for and take joy in that. Life is about loving others and loving the Lord. If you do this, you will soon find that looks are of little importance when it comes to being a beautiful person. By the way, those pretty girls hate things about themselves too.

put toys away, everything not just rats will be urinateing on those. Rats are lovely, most are not disease carriers like most people think, remove any food sources that you have, and buy a live rabbit trap (ones that dotn kill them that is just pure cruelty, many dont die instantly, they die a slow and painful death), check that every day, so not to stress them if they are caught. Then take the a few miles away and release them in somewhere where there arent many people.

just because people ,ight look better then you doesnt mean they are better then you. all the people like that some people hate because they are probally the popular girls. everyone hates the popular girls in my school and they are all anorexic. dont go thinking that your fat when you deff. arent.and if you still are concerned see a doctor and ask the doctor how you are with your weight. but it doesnt matter how you look. just keep being you!

you have to continue with counseling and give it a real chance.. Models and stars have cooks, exercise trainers and all the things that normal people do not have.. The average size in America is 14!

do you thnk you could make yourself look like those you compare youself to?if you feel you cannot, dont wori.wut is important to remember is that it matters more how you feel about yourself than what others think.find a look that makes you feel comfortable and happy about being who you are.this will help to stop you from comparing youself to others, which in turn will make your life much better for you...

Here's what real beauty is...
Cultivate this type of beauty...
Physical beauty fades with age...
Inner beauty shines forever...
Real, lasting beauty can be found not only in a virtuous wife...
But it can be found inside of YOU!...
Let it grow to perfection...
