has not left you feedback yet do you still go ahead with your negative or do you just not give feedback at all?
I bought a playstation game from a seller and it arrived with dried up chocolate ?? or something all over the front cover. It was gross. :(

I don't want to return it because the disc is ok and it was supposed to be a Christmas present so I can still just give the disc. But I am unhappy with the seller who had stated it was in excellent condition. What would you do? I paid him immediately with paypal but if I give him a bad feedback I don't want him to give me a negative back out of spite. What do you do in situations like this?

I don't leave a negative for someone who hasn't left feedback for me. I know there are alot of ignorant people that will give you a negative for no reason. As a seller, I've had MANY non paying bidders and never left them feedback for fear that they will ruin my 100% positive rating. I would report to Ebay that the item you received was not as described, etc. Also, there are alot of people that will still leave you a negative even if you leave them a neutral. I've seen that happen many times.

Well if the actual disk is OK than he really didn't lie but he really didn't tell the whole truth either so what you could do is leave a neutral feedback and state the problem with the case. You also might try just putting the CD in a different case from another CD and transfer the labels and stuff over to the new case.

what i do when I get something damaged from a seller on eBay is contact the seller first and if they contact you back and resolve the problem then you give them a positive feed back if not you can always leave a neutral feedback
This way you are protecting yourself from a negative feedback also

Just to be nice, and safe, you might want to discuss the problem with the seller before you report negative feedback. Maybe you could works something out with him/her.

you can change the case for the game. take the cover out of the case and place it in another case. you can give the game as a present and leave a positive feedback and get the same in return.

Merry Xmas!

Don't post any feedback at all unless you wan the same posted back for you. The safe way is to count the days left to post feedback. You have 90 days to post feedback. Wait and wamo.

You could give "neutral feedback" and state the reason
