same here i have bt and when a phone bill comes in and i look atit i sometimes have 134 calls to the same number and it shows as 134 but not the times and dates the more calls you make the less likely bt will give you a itemised bill for each call made its not practical or time efficent for them you would have a phone bill hundreds of pages long and it costs to much money also you have to be on the phone for at least 60 seconds for the phone to register the call all uk calls are normally 2p a minute to any where in the uk o800 numbers dont show up on your phone bill i would give you this advice go on there website bt.com ans sign up to my bt you will probably get all of your questions answered on there and you can veiw your calls and charges as well good luck
